NewsNerd assigns factuality labels in its curated source configuration. We do not have an auditable per-publisher rating source or review date to show. These are internal selection labels, not verified independent scores. Judge an answer by its actual linked articles and what they support.

Daily visits come from a static CSV loaded by the backend at startup, not a live readership feed. Estimates have different providers and dates; some rows are modeled or old. "Not available" does not mean zero readers. The audience filter uses this snapshot.

The list counts curated candidates after language, quality-label, and audience filters. It does not check whether a feed is reachable now, whether it has an article on the question, or whether the full text is available.

Google News supplemental results can come from outside the curated list and do not inherit its publisher quality or audience filters. Individual articles still need the downstream relevance and full-text checks before being used in synthesis.
